Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the Single Point of Contact/liaison between the SAP S4 implementation team and Commercial Transformation team
  • Understand the SAP S4 implementation plan and scope focusing on key areas of impact to Commercial Transformation
  • Understand the Commercial transformation agenda and roadmap over the next 5 years across all sub-functions
  • Define and resource team (owners within each CT sub-function, roles and responsibilities, ways of working) for Commercial Transformation team to support SAP S4 implementation
  • Lead assessment of the impact of SAP S4 implementation to all existing Commercial Applications/Analytics
  • Lead creation of application wise mitigation plan with clarity on timelines, resourcing and budgetary needs to ensure no impact on existing commercial applications
  • Accountable for execution of the mitigation plan with cross-functional leaders within CR as per agreed Project plan, managing risks and escalations as required
  • Work closed with Commercial Transformation Leaders to ensure CT roadmap (esp TPM rollouts) over next 5 years is aligned and sequenced rightly along with SAP S4 implementation.
  • Identify symbiotic opportunities between the two programs to accelerate benefits from Commercial Transformation to Kimberly Clark
  • Partner with Aurora and CT leadership to define success metrics and criteria - Accountable for ZERO impact to all existing Commercial Transformation applications
  • Manage and drive overall program level reporting, communication, issue management, and cross-workstream risk identification and resolution
  • Identify, assess and resolve program and project risks
  • Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related program expenditures
  • Ensure adhere to methodology and compliance standards set by the overall Program
  • Define and track achievements while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan

Key Qualification and experience:

  • 15+ years of diverse and/or large enterprise work experience in technology leadership roles including business partnering, global commercial delivery, SAP implementation
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or deployment experience a plus
  • Experience working in a global dynamic environment
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
  • Organizational Change Management mindset, skills and experience building stakeholder and communication plans
  • Deep understanding and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
  • DevOps knowledge is highly desired
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus and drive decisions
  • Strong Business and Financial acumen
  • Conceptual and detailed orientated with an ability to work in both modes
