Job Description Summary
This position is responsible to create and deliver a financial and human analytics BI platform, and provide day-to-day guidance related to workforce planning, resource utilization, and predictive analytics data, metrics and reporting. The role will be required to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide guidance and advise clients' human capital decisions, with an emphasis on financial ROI.
This is a new position in C&W GOS, reporting into the GOS Chief Financial Officer, with primary responsibility to partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to define and solution business intelligence models, and will be accountable for delivering outstanding results within their areas of responsibility.
Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spearhead partnership with Finance, HR, Operations and business stakeholders to understand current and future workforce-related needs based on existing and new business pipelines

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and oversee implementation of workforce and labor utilization metrics, reports, and dashboards which are aligned with HR, finance, operations, and business strategies, and provide overall project management

  • Manipulate, integrate and transform data through a variety of tools and systems to determine trends or address hypotheses related to our workforce, at the individual, account, regional, and platform levels, incorporating benchmarking, best practices, and KPIs

  • Develop influential visuals and stories; effectively translate data collection methodologies and analytical results into stories and presentations that help organizational leaders to understand the opportunities, most impactful findings, and to otherwise inform decision making / action-planning

  • Responsible for leading continuous improvement efforts, using benchmarking and best practices as guiding standards to stay current on analytical trends and related research (e.g. ethical data collection approaches and/or innovative visuals) to help challenge and key-ways this position operates and serves internal customers

  • Act as internal consultant for functional leaders and key organization stakeholders and apply analytical data expertise to develop and articulate strategic recommendations to address client challenges

  • Partner with GTS, HR, and Finance Operations teams to manage automation of recurring queries and reports

  • Adapts plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

  • Prepare analysis to support pitches and RFPs, as practice and business development projects

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree required, in a business-related field, preferably finance
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred

IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience working with and creating data architectures
  • Expansive knowledge of metrics, data and business intelligence strategies including Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
  • Experience in the development and implementation of process and systems changes
  • Experience in Project Management and HRIS (Workday preferred) a plus
  • Strong business acumen, with proven ability in data analysis and interpretation, statistical application, and workforce modeling
  • Outstanding consultative, critical thinking and analytic skills with ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to senior management
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in large matrix organizations building effective relationship across and throughout verticals
  • Possess extensive understanding of business intelligence workforce and labor utilization platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics and analytical insights to a non-technical audience

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of industry standards
  • Skilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and printers.
