Job Information

Represent (support or primary representation) the Sourcing organization on assigned IT systems and/or associated program teams. Interface with core Supply Chain team members to identify, understand, consolidate and communicate the program requirements to ensure detailed engagement of all affected all functional Supply Chain groups in all IT Systems. Support the implementation of change requests and user analysis during the product development phase and ensure a smooth transition of procurement data to the procurement group enabling production material acquisition and supplier interfacing.

Role & Responsibility

• Serve as the primary liaison between the IT teams and Supply Chain to represent Supply Chain's interest in project scopes, schedules, change needs & special problem resolution.
• Attend IT program team meetings and IT-related Stage Gate Reviews as required to represent Supply Chain interests.
• Ensure early and ongoing Supply Chain involvement in the IT process.
• Collaborate with functional Supply Chain groups to develop and influence IT Supply Chain strategies.
• Work with financial analysts, planners, commodity leads, quality team, engineering department and company suppliers to identify IT system gaps and create customer solutions.
• Evaluate, understand and implement strategies and projects to achieve optimal total cost.
• Tie IT Sourcing activities to business financial measurements and results.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-5 years' experience in procurement, material planning or logistics experience.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Accolade, Oracle, Qlik, Power BI, Agiloft and SharePoint.
• Strong IT and business acumen background.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Travel: 10-20%.
