Florida Atlantic University is seeking Student Gameday Ticketing Representatives, Boca Raton, FL.

Professionally and accurately sell tickets for all FAU games and stadium events to our guests at our sales windows.

Summary of Responsibilities Include:

• Assertively interact with fans entering the athletic venue and throughout the shift.
• Distribute tickets located at will call and provide service to guests at all ticketed FAU games and stadium events while providing the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, thoughtfulness, sincerity and enthusiasm.
• Properly ID and collect signatures for all home and visiting team pass list fans during each FAU home sporting event, in collaboration with the FAU Compliance department.
• Assist current FAU students with securing tickets and solving ticket issues via the Experience App for all ticketed home games.
• Provide assistance for all box office functions.
• Adhere to NCAA, Conference USA, and Florida Atlantic University rules, compliance, policies and procedures.
• Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions.
• Additional responsibilities as directed by a supervisor.
