Job Details:

SUMMARY: Operate K-pak machine and make necessary adjustments as needed to produce ground beef chubs. Responsible for food safety safety of Team Members in the work area assuring all policies and procedures are adhered to training and development of Team Members and necessary paperwork. Also responsible for efficiencies yields film cost usage as well as DMC product. All these items will be tracked reported to the supervisor and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Six months Ground Beef experience preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Basic computer skills required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Keeping track of the area and team members in the absence of the supervisor.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual skills helpful

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able and willing to continuously move 5-20 lbs. ground beef chubs. Must be able and willing to lift push pull carry up to 85 lbs.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong team leader good problem-solving skills and ability to complete special projects. Must desire to make others successful in the performance of their duties.
