Location: Denver, CO Description: The Judge Group is looking for a healthcare recruiter to join their Denver, CO team!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Deliver high quality candidates to client facilities, including but not limited to negotiating compensation, obtaining firm acceptance, and performing all necessary HR functions.
Serve as the primary advocate for your contractors throughout their career with the company by troubleshooting, counseling and problem solving when necessary.
Creatively identify non-traditional means of candidate recruitment to persistently develop a steady stream of viable candidates. Build a pipeline of passive and active candidates through networking and traditional recruitment boards.
Maintain consistent communication with the contract employees while on assignment.
Build submissions profiles by updating resumes gathering & calling references, sending skills assessments tests along with specific client pre-application forms
Qualifications & Requirements:
Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
Staffing industry recruiting experience
Ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives in managing client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
