Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist
Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health OT sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts Monday-Friday.
Minimum Requirements:
- Home Health OT experience preferred
- HCHB experience preferred
- WI OT license
- BLS
