RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a HR Business Partner in Billerica, Massachusetts (MA). This client is in the defense space creating technology, and they are rapidly growing. This role will own the HR process and build out the HR team. They are currently working in a hybrid model.Responsibilities include:
  • HR Business Partner will assist in creating and implementing HR programs
  • Implement ways to increase engagement and retention
  • Coordinate the performance management and compensation process
  • Support recruiting efforts
  • Assist with on boarding and training of new employees
  • As a HR Business Partner, you will coordinate benefits enrollment and changes
  • Address disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Knowledge of EEO/AA regulations
  • Knowledge of OFCCP regulations
  • Experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
