Beacon Hill is currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position located in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in HRIS reporting, employee relations, and operational support. This role will operate Monday through Friday in the office. Daily Tasks:

• Assist with accurate data entry and management in HRIS.
• Support hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes.
• Track performance changes, manager transitions, and employee mobility.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, directing HR-related traffic.
• Facilitate internal employee-facing communication.
• Exercise judgment in decision-making and task prioritization.
• Ensure timely follow-up and completion of HR-related tasks.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner on various initiatives.
• Support basic data entry, audit, reporting, and SOPs.
• Embrace growth opportunities and adapt to evolving responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in Paylocity, Microsoft Office, and SAP
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive communicator.
• Initiative-driven; welcomes new ideas and growth opportunities.
• HRIS is proficient in system and process management.
• Capable of multitasking and managing varied tasks.
• Collaborative yet self-sufficient in task management.
• Highly motivated to deliver fast, effective results.
