The College of Medicine, Office of Human Resources is seeking to hire an HR Coordinator to review, analyze and facilitate the implementation of HR processes within the organization. In partnership with UC Human Resources, our office provides human resources advice and information in support of the College of Medicine's mission. Working closely with the college's academic departments and administrative units, our purpose is to provide leadership in creating and maintaining a work environment that attracts and retains a talented, productive and diversified workforce. Our direct services focus on recruitment, faculty onboarding, compensation, employee relations, leave reporting and processing of visa and permanent residency applications. We are most proud of our commitment to provide exceptional service to our departments and units through efficient service delivery and a professional and knowledgeable staff.
This position is 75% FTE/30 hours per week and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
