As HR Generalist, you are primarily accountable for the day-to-day support of employee life-cycle events for the Southaven and Olive Branch Mississippi locations. You will support internal processes and best practices for on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, training, merit, recruiting, payroll and benefits In this role. This position requires you to be an organized and efficient task master, owning and driving the daily processes for quality and efficiency to ultimately provide the best associate experience possible; as well as provide coaching, training and counseling to associates.

Human Resource Generalist Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first level response, consultation and successful resolution of Tier 1 employee relations questions and inquiries

· Maintain an efficient and continuous workflow process and delivering

consistent, superior customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Provide consistent guidance and direction in the handling of various employee matters.

· Conduct independent investigations regarding employee relations issues.

· Interpret policies to facilitate a common understanding and consistent application throughout the organization.

· Conducts on-line and/or instructor led training for employees and managers on various topics.

· Act as a facilitator for training sessions such as on-boarding and orientation, which may include multiple presenters.

· Provide first tier support with recruiting.

· Identify, interview and present candidates to management.

· Responsible for compliance with human resources related company policies as well as all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

· MS relocation liaison for candidates and recruiting department.

· Implement programs that focus on an engaged workforce.

· Improve productivity and strategic workforce programs

· Implement programs that attract, retain and develop talent.

· Assist with oversight of on-site vendor(s).

· Provide support to local employees for benefits, payroll, and leave of absence questions.

· Assist with coordinating company events and programs.

· Address complaints and resolves problems.

· Database(s) entry and maintenance.

· Complete special projects as required in support of company or Corporate activities.

· Abreast of practices, current/pending legislation, and trends within the area of specialization.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Consideration:

· Bachelors' Degree preferred; 1-2 years equivalent experience.

· Demonstrate business acumen.

· Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

· Highly organized with ability to support multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines; sometimes competing in a dynamic environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to learn quickly and independently.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

· Prefer experience supporting HR teams in various geographies in a metric environment.

· Strong aptitude for building a culture of trust, integrity, and performance.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.

· Desire to bring creative and out-of-the box ideas to a dynamic international organization.

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

· Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
