Our client, a membership association in the real estate industry, is searching for a temp-to-hire HR Manager to join their Washington, DC team! This role will include a mix of full lifecycle recruiting, benefits and open enrollment, onboarding new employees, and managing training and development. Strong communications skills are a must as you will be the main contact for all employee questions for the HR department. 4+ years of experience are required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. The role can pay $28-$33/hour during the temporary period and converts to a salary of $75K-$85K (DOE).
