A Leading Company in Travel is seeking a HR Program Specialist in Atlanta, GA.

Role Description

• This individual will support the creation of a centralized fingerprinting governance and support program across the enterprise. This individual will be responsible for establishing critical processes and supporting applications across operational groups that support fingerprinting.
• Support creation and execution of audit activities to ensure compliance across fingerprint technicians and processes.
• Management of fingerprint capture and machine vendors, SOP maintenance, Fingerprint Tech training, change management of the digitization of the manual fingerprint application process and the implementation activities and business requirements of a new software solution.

Skills & Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project & program management, change management, process mapping, writing documentation and procedural material for multiple audiences, including tracking and planning projects
• Should have 3+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment; 3+ years of supporting operational programs
• Experiences with standing up programs from the ground up preferred. Ability to develop a process, educate others on their involvement in the process through documentation/training, and ability to execute the process through effective project management
• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple requests with varying timelines.
• Should have high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook with experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership.
• Experiences with Smartsheets preferred
• Must have a proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
