In this role you will be responsible for providing day-to-day project and administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team and Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development. This includes creation of job descriptions, job screening, evaluating resumes and scheduling interviews. This role will also provide administrative support to the executive leadership team as needed, including scheduling appointments and calendar management, expense management, meeting/event coordination and communications. This individual will also assist in creating and formatting presentations, including monthly and quarterly board reviews.
