Summary:

We are seeking a HRIS Analyst based at our headquarters in Raleigh, NC who will report to the Senior Manager, HR Systems and Reporting. The HRIS Analyst will support the day-to-day administration of the core HRIS application and work collaboratively with business partners across the organization. This individual will also be part of a growing team as we begin to implement a new HCM system.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for JDE HRIS application and integrated systems including researching and resolving problems, performing scheduled activities and developing best practices
  • Partner with HR, IT and Payroll in the deployment of new processes, product enhancements, system interfaces and system functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely responses and quality solution documentation
  • Document and maintain system configuration, procedures, user documentation and system updates
  • Provide functional support for end users, helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Assists in systems reviews, implementations, testing cycles and maintenance
  • Able to efficiently manage and manipulate large sets of data to perform file loads
  • Develop and maintain simple to complex custom reports
  • Partners across the HR team on routine data audits to confirm accuracy in system data as well as third party data transfers
  • Assists with the day-to-day data processing activities during high volume periods and in the absence of the HR Data Administrators as needed
Requirements:
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent HR systems experience
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience
  • Exceptional critical thinking ability with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to assess problems and develop viable solutions promptly
  • Proven data analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong desire to learn and ability to think strategically, execute and collaborate
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and self-manage focus and time
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and report writing applications
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
