Immediate opening for a Human Resource Coordinator/Recruiter.

Must have

  • 3 years' experience in combination of any of the following
  • Experience with Recruiting
  • Experience with Human Resource
  • Must be willing to work independently and be able to take direction and RETAIN that training.
  • Must have dependable transportation
  • Must have excellent computer skills to include Excel, Word and Social Media platforms
  • • Maintain the ethics and professionalism of The Bell Company in the execution of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Job Requirements:

Duties will include

Apprenticeship
  • Sign up coordination with the States
  • Enrollment with Education providers
  • Acquire documentation from the Sites
  • Compile and maintain the Apprentice files
  • Track all hours for pay scale increases
  • Track mentoring with Certified Craft
Job Postings
  • Coordinate with Resource Manager and Executives on open positions
  • Craft- requirements from man loading charts
  • S&A- Corporate, Regional offices and projects
  • Manage Social media platforms and develop new candidate outreach and search efforts.
  • Develop and Post ads on Career builder and other platforms as determined with the Resource Manager
  • Initial evaluation of Ad responses for job requirements
  • Initial call screening of candidates
  • Pass candidates that appear to meet the requirements to the Resource Manager in agreed format
  • Write Purchase orders for any Advertisement charges
Application logs
  • Maintain the Corporate Application log
  • Coordinate the information flow with Regional office staff
  • Handle craft with similar approach as listed under "Job Postings"
  • Initial evaluation of Ad responses for job requirements
  • Initial call screening of candidates
  • Pass candidates that appear to meet the requirements to the Resource Manager (Hiring Manager) in agreed format
• Run ECMS scheduled reports and copy appropriate staff

Access Database
  • Enter all licensing, training and Safety information into the Access Database
  • Enter all Craft Skills inventory data
  • Run reports as required and provide to requesting parties
  • Become familiar with Access so NEW reports and queries can be written
Work with Resource Manager and become familiar with the company and job specific man loading charts

Payroll entry fill in, as necessary, to support vacations
