Working in Jupiter, FL at the Corporate office of National Dentex.  The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Corporate Human Resources Director and provide consultative and administrative human resources support to a nationally dispersed corporate employee population of approximately 300+ team members in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, Compliance and Sales.

This position will rely on their previous knowledge of, and experience with, federal and multiple state laws to assist team members and managers with practical HR guidance throughout all phases of an employment lifecycle, including hiring, employee relations, and talent management and employee exits.

National Dentex, is a leading healthcare organization specializing in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, dentures, implants and more.  The organization grows organically and through strategically targeted acquisitions and this role will help facilitate the HR service delivery throughout our growth.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide practical human resource policy guidance to functional leaders in the US and Canada.
  • In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers, assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for corporate and lab team members.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and continuously improve the onboarding experience company-wide.
  • In collaboration with HR Operations, ensure that all new team member documentation is prepared and acknowledged for new M&A Integrations.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Service team for coordination of team member benefit enrollment information and LOA information.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful corporate human resources metrics.
  • Automate human resources documents and processes.
  • Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employee experience and brand.
  • Manage COVID tracking and internal reporting.
Qualifications Requirements
  • 4-6 years’ experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Training
  • HR Certification preferred
  • On-the-job experience frequently interpreting employment laws into actionable human resources practices

Work Location:  This position is based in beautiful Jupiter, FL with some remote work opportunities.

Travel: Travel is limited but candidates should expect out of state, overnight travel during the training/onboarding process as well as a few additional times throughout the year.  Overnight travel can last up to a week per trip.
