Basic Job Functions:
The HR Supervisor will promote safety, ensure consistency, develop best practices for the area, develop team members, and serve as a resource for the campus in terms of policy administration. The HR Supervisor is responsible for setting expectations, motivation and leadership for the HR team. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources including, but not limited to, employment, legal/compliance, policy administration, payroll/benefit administration, training and HR systems support.
Per Nucor Policy relatives of teammates currently employed at Vulcraft Utah will not be eligible for this position.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
