Beacon Hill is hiring! We have partnered with a growing company in Oak Brook in hiring an HR Coordinator to start on their team in a permanent role!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews and drug testing.
• Make travel arrangements for candidates interviewing at specific locations.
• Compile and send new hire information to applicants.
• Maintain and file applicant information.
• Complete weekly recruiting summary report.
• Verify and obtain reference information from prior employers, educational organizations and other sources.
• Assist with open enrollment and day to day benefits administration
• Conduct 30 and 90-day new hire surveys.
• Uploading payroll template files
• Input of W-4 information
• Staying in compliance with tax and labor laws
• Garnishments
• Balancing payroll files and reports
• Year-end processing, including W-2 balancing and auditing data
• Calculating manual checks

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with multi-state payroll and setting up new states for taxes
• High attention to detail with superior communication skills
