Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for a food manufacturing company near York, Pennsylvania

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive the initiatives across departments, including staffing, performance management, training and development, retention and rewards/recognition.
- Counsel and lead employees or managers regarding labor relation issues.
- Create, coordinate and facilitate employee programs, training and also special events
- Aid in the administration of talent pipeline programs, including but not limited to training and recruitment efforts.
- Degree Preferred
- Must have previous manufacturing background (not necessarily food)
- Must have at least 5 years in an leadership role
- Must be able to work onsite 100 percent of the time
