Identity and Access Management Program Manager

Hypertherm Associates is looking to hire an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program Manager

with exceptional knowledge, skill, and experience to centralize existing identity, access management processes, and create a foundation for future program growth. This is a strategic role that will work across business and functional teams to implement and execute solutions for processes and technology.

As our Identity and Access Management Program Manager you will:

  • Be the champion for identity access management (IAM), and to a lesser extent privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance administration (IGA) technologies and processes
  • Implement and automate IGA processes where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in user lifecycle management, identity and directory services, secrets management, and related concepts and technologies
  • Work in close partnership with the Information Security Team, develop policies and standards for service delivery teams
  • Understand "voice of the customer" and develop mechanisms to proactively sense adoption and usage patterns of consumer technologies by end users so that policy can align with need
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert or Project Manager for core aspects of the IAM program globally

Who you are and the experience you will bring:
  • BS/BA degree in Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, and/or other related majors
    • 5+ years working knowledge of Active Directory on Prem and in Azure
    • 5+ years' experience managing IAM in a globally diverse ecosystem
    • 5+ years implementing IAM solutions in complex IT (Information Technology) environments
    • 2+ years implementing IGA solutions in complex IT environments
  • Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth and LDAP
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable and effective communicating with Associates at all levels of organization, in both formal and informal settings
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

Preferred experience that differentiates you:
  • Master's degree
  • Experience implementing security standards and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Advanced operational knowledge of enterprise wide IAM platforms and of authentication platforms
  • Advanced technical certificates from Microsoft, SANS, ISC2, ISACA
  • Operational knowledge of national and international regulatory compliance frameworks

Location: Remote United States with ability to travel onsite (NH) one week per quarter

  • Base Compensation Range for this position (Grade 21) is $83,000-$143,000
  • Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20%

$88,552.00-$147,588.70 AnnualThis is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
