Basic Job Function

Responsible for building, leading and delivering effective implementation of Risk customers from new contract through credentialing to able to bill for revenue.

Accountabilities

Build and manage client relationship during on-boarding

· To include communication, documentation and escalation in account implementation of tenant clients

· Quickly assess customer sensitivities, communication style, organizational culture and adapt project to be successful in this environment

· Effectively work with senior level customers

· Professionally represent the company to the customer and the customer to internal teams

· Rapid and accurate follow-up

· Deliver negative information as effectively as positive

· Anticipate customer concerns in completeness of responses

· Demonstrate excellent judgment in what and how information is shared

· Correctly involve sales, product, credentialing, account management, account setup, customer education, operations and technology

· Work effectively within set-up processes or work to improve and change processes

· Keep leadership informed and escalate appropriately

· Construct, track and execute documentation to support the project such as project plans, Gantt and other charts, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, SOPs, training and program notes; deliver projects as committed

· Develop solutions to keep project on-track

· Demonstrate creativity in overcoming roadblocks

· Anticipate and navigate around unforeseen circumstances, risk situations and worst case scenario

· Document work in an organized and reusable format

· Participate with team in reviewing, improving and documenting on-boarding processes for all customers with specific concern to clients in tenant industry

· Assist Sales developing implementation options to present to prospective customer

· Join in sales presentations via phone or in person as needed

· Respond to RFPs as requested or prepare materials for RFP group to use in responses

Qualifications

1. BA/BS or equivalent. Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner. Preferred.

2. Minimum 5 - 7+ yrs work experience in customer leading roles

3. Previous experience in successfully leading customers through on-boarding (specifically implementing new contracts and account set-up) ; minimum 3 years

4. Customer facing communications (good and bad news)

5. Project or team leadership positions

6. Documented evidence of successful project completion and goal achievement

7. Excellent verbal and written communicator

8. Strong presence as a leader ? is recognized by others as such

9. Sound judgment consistently applied correctly in new situations

10. Outstanding representative of the company

11. Quick, intuitive study in new situations

12. Strong project/process management tool kit

c. Project/process graphing and charting

d. Microsoft Project & Visio preferred

13. Creative and solution driven

14. Persistent

15. Appropriate social manners and behavior
