Job DescriptionRequired Technology Skills:

• 2-4 years' experience, and proven ability in the use of, the following:
  • Windows operating systems
  • Computer hardware
  • Wired and Wireless Networking
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office Suite
• Someone who is very knowledgeable with computers

Plus Skills:

• Computer Networking and Routing
• Cisco Routers and Switches
• Flight simulator softwarePrepare3d
• VR Computer Systems
• VM Ware

Day to day responsibilities:

• Assist with integrating a new simulation suite for training being conducted by the US Air Force.
• Provide customer with recommendations to solve problems.
• Communicates with customer to provide customized solutions utilizing company standard software products and services.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software malfunctions and provide feedback
• Maintain computer equipment.
• Document, update, and replace software as new releases become available.
• Check and verify data collection on server.
• Provide technical support to customer and users by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of workstations and related software/hardware.
