Verco Decking, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an Inside Sales Lead at our Phoenix, AZ location. Compensation consists of salary plus ROA bonus incentive plan.

Basic Job Functions:

• Be a working member of the Verco leadership team to continuously improve our safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Work with the post sales team to improve the customer's experience with Verco.
• Assist in training and developing post sales teammates.
• Oversee the divisions production schedule and work with all departments to optimize project flow from booking through shipping.
• Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers
• Best mark with other divisions to develop best practices for the Verco post sales team
• Be an active participant in the development and improvement of tools that assist the post sales team.
• Project Manage jobs as needed

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One or more years steel or construction industry experience
• High school diploma, GED or higher
• Be willing to and have means to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management or other post sales experience
