Job Purpose: Teach, supervise, and advise psychology undergraduates with some possible graduate teaching responsibilities
Major Responsibilities
· Teach undergraduate psychology courses, including introductory psychology, social psychology, personality psychology, developmental psychology, psychology of women, and other courses within areas of expertise· Teach a psychology graduate course, depending on candidate credentials and departmental needs· The option to engage in collaborative research with undergraduates exists in the department for those who are inclined· Advise undergraduate students· Engage in professional stewardship at program and department level. Employment Conditions: The position is a nine-month, full-time non-tenure track appointment with faculty rank requiring on-campus contact with students, faculty, and staff. Salary is competitive and dependent on academic qualifications. Option of summer employment is possible.Review of applicants will begin on December 22, 2023.
