Reality Labs is building tools that enable people to feel more connected, any time, anywhere. This includes Supernatural, our first-party immersive fitness subscription service. Supernatural has seen great early success since its launch in 2020 as the world's-first subscription based fitness service in virtual & mixed reality. The next stage of growth for Supernatural involves scaling adoption to the masses and proving out the value of immersive fitness for consumers. We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to develop strategies and execute programs that drive adoption and scale for Supernatural. These areas include integrated marketing campaigns, subscription funnel optimizations, ecommerce and web optimization efforts, partnerships and distribution channels expansion, development of product and community levers and the creation and marketing of new monetization offerings. To be successful, the candidate will bring both a growth oriented and strong consumer marketing mindset to growing the business. Experience having scaled consumer brands is a must. It will be critical that this person is able to drive consensus around shared vision to growing Supernatural and to influence the path for growing the Fitness use case for Quest overall.
Integrated Marketing Manager, Supernatural Responsibilities:
- Lead the shaping of features and go-to-market programs to drive demand and subscription growth.
- Drive growth of the Supernatural business by examining the funnel and performance of each touchpoint across the entire consumer journey to identify key marketing and product levers and unlock improvements in collaboration with our product growth squad.
- Develop new distribution mechanisms across partnerships, retail, bundles, co-marketing campaigns and more to diversify Supernatural's acquisition approach and reduce reliance on paid media.
- Drive business case development and investment recommendations, bringing together customer research, product, financial data and analytics to develop perspectives on growth (revenue, engagement, scale and profitability) potential for new initiatives to grow the overall business.
- Develop the promotional strategy to best drive growth across all channels.
- Develop and manage relationships with key cross-functional Meta partners, deeply understanding business goals, strategies, insights and opportunities, and identifying opportunities for integrated plans and work.
- Understand and apply broader Quest & Meta strategies to development of growth plans, identifying opportunities to draft off broader initiatives to drive growth for Supernatural.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in relevant marketing and growth oriented consumer roles.
- Proven strategic development and leadership across functions to identify opportunities and influence roadmaps.
- Experience working with a product organization launching features, crafting roadmaps and driving growth.
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills with an experience to produce growth insights inclusive of upper funnel, acquisition, conversion, retention, cross-sell, LTV and platform value metrics.
- Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scaling a subscription business globally, inclusive of developing and launching new subscription offerings, features and content in consumer tech.
- Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through product, media, distribution and more.
- Fluent in subscription metrics across the funnel with a strong understanding of how to optimize for growth. International growth and launch experience.
- Experience in navigating large teams and leadership organizations to effectively drive influence and represent the business cross-functionally.
