Join Hypertherm Associates this Summer 2024 as a Digital Services Intern working with our Information Technology Team.

Under the mentorship of a member of the Information Technology Team, you (the Intern) will:

• Contribute to the development of Hypertherm Enterprise Chat, a persona-based platform with chat history saving capabilities and a prompt library, including a feedback mechanism for responses and leverage Azure technologies.
  
• Investigate the use of Power App model-driven applications for creating field feedback forms. This work will help our quality team collect feedback and seamlessly convert that to a corrective action report if all the qualifying criteria are met.
  
• Utilize Copilot Studio to develop GenAI assistants capable of recognizing and adapting to varying customer responses. This will enable the tech service chatbot to adapt based on customer responses.
  

You will be required to interview with IT resources and business teams to understand the current processes.

You will work alongside outstanding colleagues who will help you learn and develop your skills. Cultivate relationships with your intern cohort as you participate in rewarding work.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Communication college degree program
  
• Rising Softmore, Junior or Senior (you have completed a minimum of 2 years) and are in good standing
  
• Must have PC experience, including an understanding of network drives and SharePoint navigation
  
• Understanding of Azure OpenAI Prompt Engineering, Data Analytics, Power BI
  
• Enthusiastic about learning with the ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently on selected projects
  

Location: Remote within the Continental US (NH preferred)
