*12k sign-on bonus*

Shift: M-F (7:30am-4:00pm)

Responsibilities:

- Performs sterile diagnostic, radiographic (IR), embolic, therapeutic procedures, and non-vascular interventional radiographic procedures and administers contrast agents at a technical level.

- Recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition that could lead to serious complications and provides immediate interventions, as required.

- Operates and manages complex medical equipment and assists physicians in the management of the patient. Takes call as rotated/assigned and responds (in hospital) within 1 hour.

- Provides safe care and processing of patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric.

- Ability to possess a high degree of maturity and exercise individual judgment in working with patients, equipment, and personnel that are involved in vascular interventional exams.

- Ability to deal effectively and ethically with medical and confidential information relating to patients, families, physicians, and nursing personnel.

- Must maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and medical staff.

- Must be able to work in stressful situations.

Qualifications:

• Technical School Diploma Radiology

• Associate's Degree preferred

• At least 1 year Interventional Radiology exp

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Cert required

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Vascular Interventional preferred (not required)

• Basic Life Support within 90 Days of hire
