Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Specialist (Mock store, Sample rooms)

Perform inventory functions daily within warehouses (801, 802), communicating with the location reps daily to help support from an inventory perspective.

Perform yearly physical inventories in multiple warehouses

Audit inbound and outbound lanes while supporting location team needs. Run audit reports using but not limited to the following;

Arhaus reporting

Arhaus POS software (Storis)

Physical accounting of exceptions

Conduct exception audits routinely covering both physical and system locations.

Create loft delivery trailers, working closely with the warehouse and merchandise planning to schedule trailers to all loft locations.

Track and communicate OS&D’s for all loft stores (Brook Park, Hilliard, Great Lakes).

Communicate consistently with loft warehouse managers to resolve OS&D’s and when necessary follow internal processes.

Running daily, weekly and monthly audits, the goal being to protect the integrity of the inventory.

Work closely with the PID group and support inventory functions.

Ensures all company policies, procedures are followed.

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
• Years of experience: 1 year - Inventory related Warehouse/Delivery/Returns experience, UPS shipping and return experience
• Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, experience in WMS or Delivery software, UPS shipping software
• Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, shipping and delivery/return processes and procedures.

• Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary

• Essential Functions of the Position:
