ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles ITS accounts payable and invoice processing once approved.
  • Performs asset management tasks incorporated with accounts payable and asset tracking.
  • Completes technical writing projects including policy and process documentation.
  • Assists with a variety of administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, ordering breakroom and office supplies, balancing credit card statements, document proofing/formatting and travel arrangements.
  • Help coordinate the ITS and ITA Summits.
  • Submit work order requests as needed to building management.


EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with business financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles required.
  • Previous experience working in a professional service firm or information technology department preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Strong organizational and customer relation skills.
  • Technical writing skills and knowledge of information technology terminology.
  • Working knowledge of practice management systems and accounts payable procedures.
  • Possess a high level of commitment to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite and using other various software packages.


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • Demonstrates competencies in accordance with Career Development.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Requires prolonged standing and sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, scanner, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts.
  • Requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Prompt and dependable attendance.


Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
