RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of an IT Operations & Service Desk Supervisor in Bethlehem, PA.Summary:This individual is responsible for day to day IT operations and providing leadership to Helpdesk personnel. This individual will oversee all aspects of IT central in-take, frontline support and dispatching of work to other organizations after making the initial assessment of problem nature and severity. They will be highly motivated, customer facing and work with cross-functional teams as well as interface with external organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree in Information Systems or relevant work experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with 5 years of supervisor experience
  • Looking for someone with a strong ITIL background and who is process oriented
  • The Supervisor will have high technical acumen, knowledge and experience with operations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a strong leader
  • Someone who is technically strong
  • Someone who could get into the weeds if need be
  • A+ and/or ITIL certifications desirable
