Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$75,887.00-$121,419.00

• Plan and execute a Scrumban process for 3 Operations teams.

• Analyze, plan, and develop technical requirements in reference to scheduled projects.

• Work with Operations Management to define priority of requested work.

• Determine and define clear deliverables for team members required for specific initiatives.

• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of personnel while ensuring all DBA/Ops/CI/CD team members are actively working toward established milestones.

• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.

• Identify and resolve project issues; Partner with cross functional teams to remove impediments preventing completion of WIP.

• Coordination, scheduling, and creating of change requests.

• Use technology (JIRA, Helix/Remedy, PowerBI, DOMO) to ensure all parties are informed on task list and schedule.

• Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process and/or system.

• Conduct post-project evaluation

• Reporting Execution Status

• Prepare status reports for the team and for Management.

• Prepare and present repeatable analytics regarding operational execution (Operational System Health, Operational Customer Health, Operations Execution Efficiency).

• Measure throughput and intake thresholds and communicate with Management.
