JOB TITLE: IT Support Technician - Level 1 - Madison, WI

We're looking for an IT Support Technician who will be responsible for level 1 IT support of Flexion's fleet of laptops and business applications in a manner that maximizes service quality and productivity for Flexion employees. This individual will deploy and maintain endpoint operations systems, associated software and access to Flexion cloud applications. This individual will work closely with the Information Security Team to assist with account management, deploying policy configurations and information security hardening.

What the job looks like:

  • Provide level 1 IT support
  • Responsible for managing the laptop equipment inventory including planning, reviewing, quoting, purchasing, implementing, delivery, recovery and secure disposal for Flexion assets
  • Perform required documentation and reporting of asset statuses
  • Identifies and implements endpoint management process improvements (Mac & PC)
  • Primary contact for laptop user support and resolution of helpdesk cases
  • Primary contact for business application access
  • Assist with business application access provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Assist with operations of mobile device management (MDM) systems and associated endpoint devices
  • Assists with endpoint security incident recovery as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • 1 year of Information Technology experience
  • IT Desktop Support Technician or IT Service Desk Technical Certificate or equivalent
