Overview

Maintains Knitting Machines and makes sure they are in good mechanical condition. Overhauls machines, Trouble shoots problems and does preventive Maintenance on machines.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repairs mechanical problems on knitting machines daily.
• Overhauls machines as needed periodically.
• Does preventive maintenance on machines weekly.
• Works on style changes and samples daily.
• Moves equipment when needed.
• Any other duties assigned by manager.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Associate must have 20/20 vision or 20/20 correctable vision.
