Job Title: Lab Solutions Support Engineer

Accountabilities:

In this role, you'll ensure our lab scientists can carry out their work effectively by providing technical operational support for laboratory-based systems. You'll collaborate with Science, Facilities and IT Functions to deliver new laboratory systems and seek opportunities for improvements & innovation. You'll also manage tasks and set priorities for the local team, maintain an accurate inventory/CMDB, and work with our strategic vendors to understand today's and tomorrow's Lab Solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience of leading an IT solutions and/or engineering team
- Experience of mentoring, coaching or developing others
- IT Service delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of collaborating with and leading vendors
- Strong written & verbal English
- Technical support experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Prior experience working in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry IT environment
- Experience of working with Laboratory or medical applications and hardware
