RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a well-established multi-plant manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI is looking to add a Lead Accounts Receivable Analyst to their corporate accounting team. The company provides a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:- Lead Accounts Receivable Analyst will investigate and resolve discrepancies with customer accounts
- Process, review, and analyze aging reports to help organize collections efforts
- Provide summary analysis as requested by key account managers
- Perform collection efforts directly with customers; Indirectly by assisting key account managers
- As a Lead A/R Specialist, you will create and apply debit and credit memos
- Meet applicable deadlines for month-end close
- Post AR adjustments and write offs with proper approvals
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processing and collection efforts
- Assist with audit documentation requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance a plus
- Minimum 5 plus years of A/R collection experience within a multi-plant/location environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
