Salary/Position Classification

• $15 hourly, plus up to an additional $25 per shift Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10-19, summer hours up to 40 hours hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability: No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead minor events that require event parking staff.
• Assist the Lot Support Technician during major events that require event parking staff.
• Accurate and safe handling of cash generated by events.
• Provide work direction for staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with daily Event Parking office tasks.
• Assist with lot and ramp maintenance.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Must be able to stand for 2 hours or more at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs or more
• Ability to communicate policies and procedures to other UND departments as well as campus organizations.
• Assertive decision-making skills.
• Must maintain professional demeanor, have good customer service skills and be dependable.
• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of outlook, word and excel.
• Cash handling experience.
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work outdoors and in inclement weather.
• Must be able to work various hours, including nights and/or weekends.
• Working home UND hockey games is REQUIRED.
• Successful completion of criminal history records check
