Coordinator in a Real Estate Investment Firm to $85K!

Our real estate investment client is seeking to hire a Leasing Coordinator to support their leasing team. In this role, the coordinator will provide administrative support to the team by assisting with information management, transaction support, and administrative support. Responsibilities will include updating databases, preparing and contributing to weekly status reports and updates, implementing leasing and marketing programs, conducting property showings, drafting and editing lease proposals, supporting strategic leasing initiatives, scheduling meetings and conference calls, and working on special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, bright, and career-focused profession and will have a year or more of related office experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work on a fast-paced team, managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time.
