Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a real estate management company that is seeking to hire an experienced Legal Assistant to join the company's legal team.

The Legal Assistant supports the Legal Team administratively, primarily drafting transactional documents like commercial leases. They also ensure compliance, manage legal records, and handle various legal support tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Compile, proofread, and redline contracts, leases, and correspondence.
• Assist in internal control procedures compliance.
• Aid in transitioning transaction-related materials post-closure.
• Maintain legal records, both physical and electronic.
• Manage Certificate of Insurance and endorsements.
• Prepare insurance claim reports and monitor status.
• Update in-house counsel on ongoing litigation matters.
• Coordinate collection activities with external parties.
• Manage monthly billing and invoices with outside counsel.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Perform additional assigned responsibilities.

This role does offer a hybrid schedule, working in office Tuesdays through Thursdays and work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
