Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm (some flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate support for the ICM Regulatory group
• Book travel (heavy international)
• Process and submit expenses
• Manage two to three calendars for Partners and Counsel
• Assist with scheduling for junior associates
• Serve as right hand to one Partner: organize desk, stick to billing deadlines, and ensure response to client emails

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience at a major law firm
• Confident and decisive professional
• Organized and detail oriented

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $95-100K base depending on experience
