Adecco is assisting a local client staffing for Collections Specialist located in Greenville, SC. Pay rate is $15.85 per hour. Positions are temp to hire. Apply today!!!
Hours: Tues Sat (Tues, Wed, Thurs 9AM 7PM, Fri 9AM 6PM, Sat 8AM 1PM) OFF Sun / Mon 7 openings: Tues Sat (Tues, Wed, Thurs 11AM 9PM, Fri 9AM 6PM, Sat 8AM 1PM) OFF Sun / Mon 6 openings: Mon Thurs (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 10AM 7PM, Fri 9AM 6PM) OFF weekends
Job Duties: Included but not limited to.....
*IB/OB call center performing mortgage servicing
*Collect mortgage payments from clients and provide solutions to help bring their account current
*Assist clients by processing and/or scheduling postdated arrangements
*Resolve problematic errors, research and provide solution for accounts
*Account maintenance will be inclusive of the daily job duties, as notations need to be made on accounts, late fees may need to be waived, contact information may need to be updated, etc.
*Adhere to their scheduled shift (including their scheduled breaks/lunch - remaining punctual for log in/out times - maintaining call availability during said shift)
*Candidates must be able to perform the above functions while adhering to mandated requirements
*Overtime may be offered in higher peaks of call volumes once training is completed
