Hiring rate of position: Full-time $18.00 - $22.50/hour, pay based on years of LPN experience. On-call $19.752/hour. Additional shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Location of position: Beatrice State Developmental Center - Beatrice NE

Work schedule: On-call, Minimum of 24 hours per month to include 1 weekend. Available all shifts as needed. Flexible scheduling options available
Examples of Work
Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct and indirect nursing care. Receive professional and administrative supervision from Clinical RN and RN Supervisor. Basic knowledge is required in areas of general nursing care, medication and treatment administration, to include Enteral (G-tube), medications/feedings. Transcribing of medical orders and electronic charting.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: A current license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Nebraska is required. Will consider candidates eligible for license within 3 months of application. Candidates must obtain license before start date.

PREFERRED: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Computer skills including electronic health record.
