An exceptional law firm in Downtown LA is seeking a Litigation Secretary. Litigation Secretary is expected to do the following tasks:

• Seeking a litigation secretary for a fast-paced role with a 4:1 desk ratio, requiring strong state and federal civil litigation experience.
• Manage high-volume environment, handling multiple filings; ability to assess workload and determine need for assistance.
• Experience in paperless environments preferred.
• Responsibilities include creating, proofreading, and amending complex legal documents.
• Proficiency in state and federal e-filing and calendaring deadlines is essential.
• Additional duties include administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and billable entry.
• Knowledge of iManage
• 5+ years of civil litigation and e-filing (state/federal) along with good stability
