An exceptional law firm in Pasadena has an immediate need for a Litigation Secretary with at least 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience. The essential responsibilities of the Litigation Secretary include e-filing in state and federal courts, opening new matters, managing case documents in iManage, proofreading, editing, and formatting legal documents, and general administrative support such as keeping assigned attorneys on schedule and setting up court calls.
