ABS Group is seeking Logistics Analysts to support the U.S. Coast Guard.

What You Will Do:

Primary areas of support include, but are not limited to:

• Reliability Centered Maintenance
• Reliability Engineering
• Maintenance Planning and Management
• Level of Repair Analysis
• Training and Training Support
• Maintenance Procedure Development
• Acquisition Support - Design Interface
• Configuration Management
• Procurement Contracting Support
• Readiness-Based Sparing - Supply Chain Management
• Technical Data
• Life-Cycle Cost Estimating

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

• Experience planning and performing maintenance procedures in a maritime setting (e.g., USCG or US Navy) preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience developing and reviewing technical and logistics specifications and procedures.
• Background in developing and updating logistics products to account for engineering or support strategy changes.
• Expertise with reviewing and assessing maintenance and support programs for effectiveness and efficiency.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports directly to a manager.

Working Conditions:

Work will normally be performed in an air-conditioned office environment. Work will be non-manual, but the incumbent must be able to walk and climb among equipment and structures. There may be an occasional need to lift up to 10 pounds.
