The Logistics Recruiter is responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs in our various Distribution Centers and our Corporate Offices. As a Logistics Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, managing recruiting communications and employee referrals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
• Conduct interviews via telephone, video and in-person, as appropriate.
• Manage candidate information and flow in our Applicant Tracking System (Ultipro) and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
• May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year relevant work experience in a high volume recruiting capacity.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both independently and collectively.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success.
• Ability to achieve results through formal channels and the informal network.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, operations, and distribution staff in a multiple shift environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or staffing agency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration, communications or other relevant program preferred. In lieu of degree, will consider at least four years of applicable experience.
