International Private Equity firm in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a long term temporary Administrative Receptionist. The client is looking for someone with corporate office experience in a similar position, strong written/verbal communication skills, team player mentality, exceptional MS Office Skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to handle competing priorities. Day to day the receptionist will answer phones, greet visitors, manage conference rooms, handle catering for meetings, order and stock office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail as well as other ad hoc projects. Degree required. General hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with flexibility for OT as needed. Hourly is DOE
