Our C shift works nights from 6pm to 6am and is compensated for their funky sleep patterns with a $1 shift differential on all hours worked. You'll work a 446 schedule which means you'll work 4 days, followed by 4 days off. Then work 6 with another 4 days off. On 4 days again then off for 6 days. This shakes out to working 2 weekends and having off two weekends and a full 6 day mini-vaca every month! This is the perfect shift for picking up overtime, keeping a side or hobby job or just spending lots of time not at work. You know, we work hard but we like to play hard too!

MCC with no machine operators would be like a cookie with no chocolate chips. A car with three wheels! A donut without sprinkles! (Just ask our Finishing Lead Ian about how sad sprinkless donuts make him.) As a machine operator you put the crucial finishing touch on our product. Your eyes will be the last on the product.
