Major Responsibilities:

1. Operating all of the non-MIG welding machinery in the axle area.
2. Ability to perform quality checks using calibrated digital micrometers, Veneer Calipers, and go/no go gauges to ensure product is within tolerance.
3. Proper paperwork/reports are to be completed to document build per work order specifications.
4. Comply with all safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to learn and physically rotate to all required job stations and job tasks in assigned work area with-in the rotation timetable that has been or will be established for that area.
• Prefer prior CNC Machine operator experience.
• Ability to use all Personal Protective Equipment that is issued by Hendrickson.
• Strong Mathematical skill a must.
• Basic blueprint reading.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a continuously improving environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a diverse production environment.
• Ability to work overtime, as production demands require
• Team Skills a must
• Ability to pay close attention to minor details resulting in the production of a superior quality product.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment
