Location: 501 S. 14th St. Lincoln, NE. 68508

Schedule: M-F 8 AM to 5PM
Examples of Work
Individual will be responsible for sorting mail for delivery to multiple floors within the building. Additionally, will be responsible for shipping and receiving, editing service portal tickets and using CAMS database for tracking internal shipments. Palletizing items for surplus and documenting. Remove hard drives from computers. Prepare documentation for surplus property. Wrap pallets of surplus for pickup by Surplus property. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the classification.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience in shipping and receiving, handling inventory, warehouse work, or processing mail.
OR
Coursework or training in office support, shipping and receiving, warehouse, inventory, or mail processing practices and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time. Must possess exceptional customer service skills. Operational knowledge of shipping/receiving equipment such as pallet jacks, electric and riding pallet jacks, two-wheeled and four wheeled carts. Some computer skills are necessary in order to operate hand-held scanners and mail processing equipment.
